PART 01 / RECORDED ACTIVITYPhysical activity. Supporting evidence.

- Inspection logs identify the panel, vehicle, check date, and outcome.
- Audit entries and photo proofs should include vehicle references and timestamps.
PART 02 / ESTIMATED IMPRESSIONSCalculated visibility. Clear assumptions.
These figures use the supplied scenario assumptions for daily transit and visual impacts. They are not measured viewers, unique audience reach, sales, or guaranteed outcomes.
Estimated daily distance
~195 kmPer vehicle per operating day.
Scenario assumption · Route records not suppliedEstimated daily impressions
35,000–45,000Assumed visual impacts per vehicle across extended routes.
Audience counts and exposure methodology not suppliedESTIMATED TOTAL / 30 OPERATING DAYS52.5–67.5 million impressions50 vehicles × 30 days × 35,000–45,000 assumed daily impressions.
How to read these figures
- Dates and operating days: October 1–31 spans 31 calendar days. This scenario uses 30 operating days to match the supplied calculation. At the same assumptions, 31 operating days would produce 54.25–69.75 million impressions.
- Impressions are not unique reach: one person may be counted more than once across vehicles, routes, or days.
- Audience relevance needs explanation: for passenger-facing panels inside vehicles, external pedestrians and motorists should not be treated as viewers without evidence that the panels are visible to them.
- Verification: actual reporting should document operating time, panel orientation, audience-count sources, and the estimation method. Distance alone does not establish ad views.
